I don't think you read my reply on this. She is destroying property and threatening others around her. Yes, police should handle it but they aren't there. No one wants to be a hero but there has to be a line. She's a woman yes, but she's obviously got "Big ole beach ball lady nuts" and needed to be taken down. The police would've made the same move on her or even tazed her.

The difference is that the whole altercation is really none of your business because it's not your property she's destroying, and stepping to act like a hero instead of stepping back and waiting for police to handle it is exactly the wrong thing to do. They are the police, and it's their job to intercede. They have a mandate and the law backing them up. You are joe nobody. Your job is to mind your business and keep your hands to yourself, not escalate the whole situation into a physical altercation.

You don't see the bank employees with their faces pressed to the glass imploring male bystanders to save them from the crazy lady, do you?

Even the female bank employee showed she wasn't intimidated before turning her back on the nutbar and calmly walking through the turnstile.

No one needs a meathead to step in and save the day whatsoever.


Besides, when you step in, poke your nose where it doesn't belong, and lay even a finger on the woman unless it's in direct self-defense, the police will likely charge YOU with assault.
