Nah, I'm just watching CNN and their airplane coverage.

Codeine pills really help ease the muscle aches. Also echinacea helps a bit.
But at the end of the day you do have to pay the piper and ride out the virus

You are absolutely correct...not much you can do. Take ibuprofen for the pain, headaches, sinus pain, and general pains (it will help reduce your fever, which Tylenol will not), perhaps a decongestant, and rest.
