Are they actually "painted" on? I don't know. I thought so at first as well, but you can even see the weave of the material. Difficult to reproduce that I would think.

Maybe they are "jeggings". A new fashion trend- combination of jeans/ leggings:

No, I'm 99% sure they are painted on. I've seen it done before and even have a FB friend who posted pics of her with her ass painted like this.

It's hard to do but there is a technique to do it. I tried my hand at it and couldn't achieve that effect.

There is a way of doing it with paint on MDF etc. You get a afro pick or comb, and paint the substrate white, let it dry, then paint it blue, and while the paint is still wet, drag the comb across it.....(lightly)

I think that would only be slightly less trouble (and a LOT less fun lol) than actually painting them on...

But look at where the waist meets her skin, there's no line or seam or bump. Even the softest leggings would leave some sort of differentation.....

When I did "draw on bikinis" on my boat bunnies it was really hard to concentrate when you were working on her groin area...I don't know how the pros do it...unless they are gay I mean lol.....I remember one time this CLT jumped up on my dashboard, pulled down her bikini bottoms and spread her legs.....

As I was drawing I noticed she was getting wet....I looked up at her and said "you seem to be enjoying this" lol....She smacked the top of my head and said "never you mind heheheh"

The artist is a female 3D modeler from the Netherlands and Saphire is her favorite creation. She used poser, 3dx max and photoshop on the above image and the one below.
