I wonder if the boob job and the muscular body are related? A lot of female body-builders are cut like this, probably more so than this, but this one might be in her off-season. Most are probably doing steroids, so their natural breasts shrink away, so you see a lot of bad boob jobs like this to regain a semblance of womanhood.
