Whenever I visited clients in hotel rooms, I always insisted on folding back the blanket/bedspread/duvet because those are rarely washed, but I never thought that the sheets weren't clean either!

That is gross - along with amount of bacteria found in ice buckets, on the TV remote ... If I still worked in hotel rooms, I'd be wiping everything down with antiseptic wipes as soon as I checked in.
