My young brother is a mama's boy. He quit high school and just doing nothing. To make a long story short, he had to mail a cheque- fine for hunting without a licence as he was caught. Two weeks later he gets another warning.
He doesn't understand it cause he swears that he send it. I asked him did you put a stamp?.
He said no.
