Yes that, but also the people who some how got to a position of power, are NOT doing the job they are over paid to do.
Unions do NOT have ultimate power in this situation.
People could have been killed again by this union protected bitch, maybe she will be given a paid leave of absence, go on vacation, and have her job waiting for her when she gets back.
Also bear in mind, the people who handled the buss after the "accident", before being inspected for mechanical issues, are also unionized, one can only hope the buss was impounded and guarded before the union was able to sabotage it before a non unionized supervisor went over it.
Even though I agree that unions try to protect their losers far too much, to the point of complete lack of logic, I still feel the issue is with who ever there employer is, in this and most cases similar to this, a government or government agency.
