U S motorist drives off after hitting mother, child

WTF!!!

Looking at the video I assume he saw them walking towards the back of his car. Then he backed up without looking at his rear window. Finally he fled the seen after hitting them.

I say a beating by the cops is in order. The only thing saving this coward from being hanged is he stopped the van to let the Mother remove her child.

Fuck him.
