she mentioned the man had plead guilty so there is some court record of the incident
I find it to be poor form in TMZ not presenting that as evidence of the claim
I only read TMZ if I want to hear about Bieber. Which is never.

Sexual assault?. He was sitting in the isle across of her and was covered by a blanket. The man pleaded guilty to masturbating in public not for sexual assault.
It also looks like this poor excuse of a man was masturbating throughout the flight.

So what is this lawsuit worth? What are the damages she has suffered. There is no mention of linguring trauma, no shrink bills and not even a nights sleep loss. So how much should she get?
Why isn't she suing the guy that was mastturbating? Guess what? Lawyering 101, sue the person with money. The airline has money and the jerking guy doesn't (he was flying in the back of the bus).
We haven't heard the flight attendants side of the story but I'd offer her a couple of free business class tickets as compensation. Her lawyer won't get any fees that way so you know that is not how it is going to end. Perfect example of something that needs to go to arbitration and save the courts time for something important.

I dare say her best plan of action would have been to scream and point at the molester, yes exposing himself to a young girl is a form of molestation. Drawing attention to the perv and getting the attention of the others on the plane.
The fact that he pleaded guilty is the proof everyone needs although her and her lawyer don't exactly come off like anyone you'd like to see awarded a big sum of money. It is puzzling why the Airline hostess would not have at lease admonished the guy.
