A Newhall mom filed a lawsuit against the City of Carlsbad after a video was released showing officers pinning the woman to the ground, according to court documents.

Cindy Hahn, a 40-year-old mother, said she was beaten by officers in front of her 11-year-old and 7-year-old children after they left a birthday party at Legoland.

I see no justification in the video...but the video doesn't show the whole story. If the cops are in the wrong, throw the book at them.



Still, if a police officer wants to take me down....I'm going to say yes sir and stay down until things cool off. You never win by fighting back or arguing.
