UC police officer Ray Tensing's body camera video clearly shows that he committed "murder" when he shot and killed an unarmed black motorist at a traffic stop, prosecutor Joe Deters said Wednesday.

The shocking video shows Tensing grab the outside door latch on 43-year-old Sam DuBose's car after DuBose couldn't produce a driver's license.

The problem is the police have now become a gotcha force with their unmarked cruisers, hiding in the weeds with a radar gun and being rude when pulling one over. They need to educate officers on diffusing situations not escalating them.

Show officers some politeness and they'll usually respond with the same. That is not to say that there aren't asshole cops.....but let's not pretend there aren't way more asshole people that they have to deal with.
