Not sure if any of you stuck with it through all 8 seasons, but That 70s Show ended really badly... another example of a great show that went way past its prime.

Also, Chapelle's Show - I don't know if it counts because it didn't have a proper "finale" per se, but it certainly ended on a down note... I understand why he walked away, but the first two seasons were nothing short of absolute comic genius.
