Get back on the horse. Fuck buddies or SPs.

See the 'B' cable flick "Gangster Exchange' for great advice.

:drunk:

See a shrink.

See a top GFE SP. Probably better than a shrink, even if you do NOT want to get it up yet. Its still nice to have the option.

:drunk:

Visit family that you kinda like, but havent seen in a while.

Post or PM here any time. Most of us have been through it.

Remember- After the 'death' of a long term relationship, allow 1 month per year for recovery.

I go out to the bars with my buddies and get back into the singles scene to see as many girls as possible.

Bear is almost right. Start dating again, but do you tell new gf she is on the rebound?

See as many hot ladies as you can have, be they Sp's or regular dates.

that is why god invented strip joints, hit the bank, then hit the strip club.

I had a really bad breakup a few years ago. Dating, sex, etc. was the last thing on my mind.

What worked for me was channeling that raw emotion into something constructive. There was a business idea that I had been thinking about for some time. To get my mind off the breakup I decided to go for it 110%. Probably one of the decisions I ever made in my life.

Sometimes it takes a difficult situation to reevaluate our priorities and spur positive change.

My advice would be to follow the saying:

"A crisis is a terrible thing to waste"

Whatever you do, don't talk about your ex with other women.

However, if lamenting about the break-up a little increases your chances for a sympathy fuck from someone that you sense is already interested in you, well then proceed but tread lightly.

I broke up with myself recently, but then we had make-up sex and Brad felt alot better. So I guess I fuck myself, and that seems to do the trick every time.

If you have good friends and close family, best to spend some quality time with them to forget the past and look forward to what else life has to offer.

Take advantage of this opportunity to meet new people and embark on new adventures. Experience the freedom of being single again.

You've just broken up with your long term SO:

1. Go to your doctor because you're stressed and need 6 months off to reassess your emotional and physical health.
2. Let your benefit plan know what you're doing and the name of the doctor that will be helping you out.
3. Let your immediate supervisor and union folks know that you need time to recovery from this terrible break-up.

Ok, so you'll have to visit the doctor or counsellor weekly. After the first month, let the doctor know that you really need to get out and socialize more, to get back in the swing of things. I've never had a fuck buddy before, but lately I've been thinking I should find one. Or just go ahead and do the flirty pizza boy.

Whatever you do don't go back to her because you are both lonely. Would be a big mistake and you will have to start all over again.
