When to post a Review

Just wondering if there is a protocol about when to post reviews? In particular how long after said encounter would it be appropriate? I'm not particularly concerned that posting a review my reveal myself to the person I was with because frankly the embarrassing parts took place when I was naked in front of them.

So here's my question then. Would it be appropriate to post a review(s) of women I've seen in the last year. Last 6 months or is that just too late? When is a review no longer current.
