All of this is implied. My case was mutual and although we both were responsible for contact (in all cases) I was NOT the one to present a personal number and or off the clock situation. My conscience is clean on this.

This lasted for a year as a real relationship.

give you a gift, - yes
tell you she doesn't want your money etc,,, - No
This was always an arrangement.

The arrangement ended on my part as I saw her for what she really was, and it wasn't because of the money. It was her being a not very nice person in general and her real persona came through and I didn't want any part of it. This goes to another discussion I could have about who you really "fall for or are attracted to" the SP persona or her real life persona.
