For the sake of clarity, Baz, you should note that video was shot in Britain. That's the driver, not the passenger, who temporarily abandoned his car to use his fists.

Not sure who, really, in the context of the actual dustup.

But in terms of replies, pretty sure I know who is right:

That driving on the left wasn't much of a hint for our resident troll, was it?

Both should have cooled their heels. A cop would have cited the driver for using the bike lane the way he did, the cyclist for initiating the confrontation, and the driver for throwing the first punch.

I'm all for cyclist's rights, especially in cities where congestion is a major issue, but some cyclists become way too militant for their own good.

So....I would say the motorist would be initially in the wrong, as he had no business being in the box.
