After settling in I find that taking my nightly shower is so much better without having a bathtub. Master bedroom has just tiles and so much easier to shower. I think bathtubs are overrated.

Thoughts?.

I am the exact opposite. A hot bath helps me relax, soothes muscles, and gives me a wonderful 20 minutes or so to read magazines or just think through whatever is going on. I'm working 14 hours a day...that bath is my relax time and a shower doesn't have the same effect. Showers are fast. Baths are slow.

Don't you hate it when your skin starts to wrinkle then you have to take a shower to bathe off soap stuck to your skin?..

I do but then again I am a lazy man :biggrin2:

I heard the value of your home increases if you have bathtubs.

Is this true?.

I like a bathtub built for two or 6! Me and 5 hunnies! There are therapeutic elements of a hot bath and sometimes even a cold one.:SayWhat?:

Makes no difference to me if I shower in a stall or a tub. As for using a tub, I don't have time for that.

Do you "read" that "magazine" with your left or right hand? :)

I enjoy baths but they just seem wasteful. Not saying that they are wasteful, they just feel to me like they are. Plus, once done I still feel I need to shower to rinse the soapiness off.

I leave the one-handed stuff for later! Most people just don't like the time a bath takes compared to a shower, but as I mentioned earlier that's probably the only real "me" time I get in most days, so it is cherished.

I don't know what kinda soap you guys need to clean off after with a shower after a bath, but I never have that problem.

I dunno why but I have a visual of an old shriveled up prune getting out of a bath tub and I'm NOT happy about it!Hmmmmmm

Once in a while is always nice to have a bubble bath with your partner. Open up a bottle of Crystal and the tease begins.

I grew up near y'all where the air is very humid, but since moving to BC 25 years ago, I've had to moisturize every inch of my body daily because the air is so dry here comparatively speaking. (Pause for a moment while we picture Sarah slowly and sensually applying lotion to every inch of her naked body ...)

I started taking baths instead of showers a few years ago and find my skin is way less dry as a result. If you want your skin to be soft and young looking, soak in a tub regularly.

:wink2:

Art Mann you are such a gentleman!

Here's a more accurate visual for you. My breasts (along with the rest of my body) are probably twice the age of those ones. :wink2:

I make the time to take a bath every Saturday and Sunday. It's relaxing and can also be exciting with the right toy.:girlkiss:

Still gladly volunteering, Ms Sarah . . . also volunteering to be Miss Melanie's bath toy. :)

Sorry, Art, I'm better qualified as her bath toy. I make funny sounds when rubbed against female parts in the bathtub! :biggrin2:

ahhhhh a nice warm bath with my lavender bath salts & lavender bath salt scrub ( dead sea salts )
You can't get more relaxing more then that !

Mind you, you can't pee in the tub. Well, ok you ca pee in the tub...But do you really want to soak in that?

And still don't have time to waste floating in a tub.

MM, that prune just happens to be Oldguyzer, and he's just getting into the tub. Imagine how shriveled he'll be when he gets out.
