for the time being I decided to follow the script Pickering was using.
I did realize he was setting traps for me with in the script.
I was released at 16:42 that day and my own investigation had begun.
I needed to reconstruct Megan's life for the past 27 months, when I had seen her last.
Not to mention her connection to Pickering.
The questions were:
Who could I trust with in my own agency?
Was the body drop sanctioned?
If so by who?
It was time to do what I do best and think outside the box and find answers where there are none.

Two things occurred to me, my room was a crime scene, As such I needed to get some clothes, toiletries and a new room to sleep in.
The second thing was that I had not eaten since 20:00 yesterday.
I headed for Don Juan's for a Burrito and a Victoria.

pls Sundays Im lawless and im sure pops said he is burning herbs, I'm the 1 eating a burrito of sorts
it's a crispy crepe filled with blueberries, covered in maple syrup

Next thing I needed was to find a new hotel room.
Across the court from the Extended Stay I was in is a Country Inn and Suites.
I check in there and head to Walmart to get some essentials and a cheap lap top.
Next I head over to Ed's place and get some security needs filled.
I get to my new room and sweep it for bugs.
I place the ten cameras I got from Ed, through out the room and in the hall.
Set the cameras up to send video directly to my remote server.
Then I check the video and audio for the past 36 hours, sent from the room where Megan was found.
I knew Pickering would find the cameras but he would not be able to trace the remote server I use.
Even Ed, whom I have worked with for more than a decade had no idea who helped me with that.
