I suspect that most of the sickos that are running after girls aged 10 - 16 could care less what their victims grooming habits are... and considering that most of them would have started to grow pubic hair by that age I suspect that your statement is completely false! Bernardo wasn't a classic pedophile as the majority of his victims were much older than the two you mentioned.Remember he was the Scarborough rapist.

The absence of secondary sex characteristics (pubic hair being one) is a main criteria for a true pedophile. Any female that has entered puberty would be of little sexual interest to them.
