You can remember a time BEFORE word processors... (which were pretty much commonplace by the mid 80's.... Remember Word Vision? Or Word Perfect????)

Yep... I also remember the original IBM PC and the original Apple II. My dad bought the Apple II from the Computerland store in Burlington to run his accounting business... took it back a week later when he discovered he couldn't use any other programs on it. That's when he got the PC! (And Visicalc, and Word Vision...)

I loved it because every time he upgraded to a new PC (every 1 1/2 - 2 yrs), I would get his old one!
