You remember your first date?

I don't actually remember my first proper date. I lost my virginity in my early teens but I was partying A LOT. Even after I calmed down the partying it was more hooking up, then 'dating' but that was more hanging out, and roaming around. Then I had my first long term relationship. There were dates there, but there wasn't really 'dating'. I probably didn't have my 'ask a girl I didn't already have sex with on a date in the hopes of establishing a romantic relationship' date until my early / mid 20s. But on the tail end of a long term relationship early in life I was dating lots so I can't even remember most of those or which was first.

I suppose I'm having a 'define date' issue.
