So what's a girl to do when a guy wants to do something sexually that she finds repulsive?

I try to be open-minded about things. Usually my thought is if it's not too dangerous or too very painful, I'll give it a go.

But I'm faced now with a situation in which the suggested activity makes my skin crawl. Just the thought makes me completely tense. It's not dangerous, it's not painful, it's just so completely gross to me that I can't even believe I'm considering it.

I absolutely hate putting a stop to sex once it's underway. I hate saying No in the heat of the moment, it's a mood-killer for me. So the question is, do I just leave this thing Off-limits? Or do I give it a try with the understanding that it might repulse me to the point of that being the end of Sex for the day? Or longer?

I don't discount the possibility that it might not be as horrible as I think. Heck, I might even like it. I don't really see how that could happen, but I've been surprised by my own reactions before.

We all have our limits and they need to be respected.
Once it becomes known you do not want to do something that should be the only explanation a partner needs.
If they want further explanations they have no true interest in your objections.

I don't usually have a problem with trying something that initially makes me uncomfortable. I like stretching my own boundaries, sometimes I really like what I find on the other side.

I don't mean to make it sound like I think the guy will be an asshole about it if I just leave this as a Hard Limit, not at all.

I like doing the things that turn my partner on. It's just that I've never before encountered a Turn On that makes me so tense.

Oh wait, I just remembered a guy from decades ago who wanted to do the Golden Shower thing. I had no problem keeping that Hard Limit.

Probably best to find out if we're otherwise sexually compatible first. Cuz if we're not, the whole question goes away.

No, not at all. I think most people would consider this thing pretty innocuous, certainly more so than some other things I love doing.

If it's just casual sex, I wouldn't bother doing it if it makes you feel uncomfortable. You can reconsider down the road if things get serious.
