Just lit my last cigarette of the day and it stinks and I can't finish it.
Actually seems to me that the last couple I lit up spelled a bit like this one too.
I'm thinking its my body telling me to quit.
Goodbye old friends of 33 years.

You can do it SH. It will save you money and possibly add a few years to your life so you can make your brother's life a little less comfortable! Just wanted to give you a little motivation to quit.

Pretty smart ciggie if it can spell!!!!

I've done that a few times, lit a cig and said "umm I don't even WANT this one" and stubbed it out. That was the habit doing it not the "need" for a smoke.....

Good luck to you.....33 yrs, it's gonna be tough......

33 years is a long time but it's never too late. Good for you, now you will have extra money to hobby with.

Hey send some of those smellies ones my way bud

I successfully quit, I haven't had a puff in months. The first month was the hardest and then it becomes a little easier. The only time I'm tempted now is if I'm with a group of people puffing which I will usually walk away. Good luck to you!

Short, great move dude and good for you Madman!!

Did that.
Tried Hypnosis.
Tried Zyban.
Tried Nicorette patches, gum, then patches WITH gum.
I even tried Raoul Mitgong but he wasn't much help either.
