12-year-old boy who was victim of bullying attack dies after weeks in hospital

With so many stupid rules coming out of schools lately they should have a zero bullying tolerance. The two bullies were suspended for only two days.

Bailey's family says he was jumped by two classmates during recess at Darby Township School last January and suffered a concussion as well as a broken nose as a result.

Hey don't get me wrong it's terrible that this young boy lost his life but I will wait until a thorough investigation has taken place before I jump to conclusions.

Agreed but I believe today everybody involved in a fight at school gets suspended automatically. Political correctness and all.

Personally bullying is out of control. I know in Toronto, the prinicpals are under pressure to follow the no suspension policy for various reasons. However, it's not working and bullies should be dealt with severely.
