I've been in the Christmas spirit for more than a week or so. all decorated and almost finished my shopping. I love being in the stores this time of year, all the commotion and hustle and bustle is fun. I buy for friends and family, and give to specific charities, love Christmas

finished my chirtmas shopping in mid november. said no way to crippling debt december! been putting $ away for a much needed and desired vacation...
just had to buy for my mom dad and sister and house stuff.
i went out with a pre meditated list, got er all done. just a few last minute stocking stuffers to grab, still too early!
meanwhile, i have been helping prep meals at our samaritan centre and we have the big dinner this week. my friends and i have been helping the womens shelter by donating things we dont use and making gift bags from old purses with handy toiletries, perfume, toothbrush etc for them. anyhing to help and spread holiday cheer!
for my stockings, i always donate to a charity on their behalf. usually $25-50 depending on the person. this year, i have rounded up from my friends in support of my nearest and dearest and will be showing hime a $1500 donation to sick kids on our behalf. makes my heart melt, the good and kindness just close knit communities can make! <3
