7 Foods That Make Your Liver Glow in the Dark

That science you believe in is usually a matter of interpretation.

I'll continue my reading and will rely heavily on what I have seen first hand.

In the mean time I'll keep on putting up articles that I think are relevant and the good members can make up their own minds.

I hope you do keep posting articles like this. It will make members think and some intelligent debate is never a bad thing. And of course you are entitled to your opinion. But the danger is when "opinion" becomes "fact" with no justification and people make poor decisions because of ignorance.

And as I welcome your posts, I hope you won't object to me using my scientific and medical knowledge to raise the counter argument when appropriate. There's a lot we don't know. I spent a decade in Asian investigating medicine practices there that would never have been accepted by our standard science in the past but now is being understood. But there is a difference between "we don't know" and "that's just plain wrong".

Count me in.

Seriously, anyone that actually believes that non-organic potatoes cause your liver to glow in the dark needs to question how gullible they are. That will cause you more harm than a few potatoes. People believe this nonsense just because they see it on the internet. While ther are lots of theories that root veggies absorb more consider the spit between organic and no-organic potatoes in terms of volumes sold over the last 10 years. A non-scientific guess just based on grocery shelf space would suggest that 10 % organic might be a good guess.

So 90% of us that eat potatoes already have glow in the dark livers? Then there are the salmon eaters.......... Well maybe I will eventually be able to save money on flashlight batteries.

Rather than developing theories why doesn't the organic food lobby just test the actual potatoes? BTW the Canada Food Agencies just declared that farmed salmon with salmon anemia is safe to eat as this does not affect human. Obviously this also means that farmed salmon without anemia are safe as well.

Nah...only organic salmon is fine. It's all the mercury that helps preserve them more than farmed!
