I once missed out on scoring a perfect grade on an exam, because I forgot to turn the paper over and answer the question on the back that the teacher had warned us not to forget. :sad:

A similar thing happened to me in university. I thought I had finished the exam and handed it in. Turned out that there were about 10 questions on the reverse of the final page. Questions that I could easily answer... still pisses me off.
