That's a given, but everytime, she starts or states bullshit like that I am bringing up her bullying of me in her threads or posts from now on! In my opinion, she's cried wolf way too much in all facets of her life and she is given special treatment.

I told him in the Cock thread I will stop even trying to include him with jokes....I assume he wanted me not to even reply too.....It is all about control really....He wants to control things...and he thinks I cry wolf....which I don't ....I have never ever ever......It ok to insult me directly but when I joke which I do a lot....I am being insulting so on....He is the only one who has issues but I did not know that until now.....He has posted things about me....I never did anything about.....but it ok....

ok and likewise with my comments, I've made my feelings known to the powers that be. I'm not sure what the difference is here. Why did you dissect my post the way you did? And you still haven't answered my question about the insults... that's four times you've avoided it.

Personally, I didn't feel the comment asking if you have issues with authority was inappropriate. You can choose to answer or reply to that remark and you did. Now, you have every right to feel insulted; I don't know how or what you feel. At this point, if I said to Bosco, your comment was inappropriate that would be a patronizing insult to both of you on my part.

There were three specific remarks that I high-lighted. Each remark were direct shots at the general membership (painting with the same brush) and two at the board itself. Understandably you pay to advertise here, not to post in the lobby, when you do so I consider you a member not an SP in threads such as this. As for those other places, which you didn't answer my question, terb and sp411 aren't very friendly.

I am finding, far too often, that this thinking is being used by some female advertisers and female members, open discussions can get heated but the flaming is minimal here compared to other boards. I know because I read them all.

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A man taken into custody by the Sacramento Police Department has died, according to the police department.

Video obtained by CBS13 of the arrest on the 8300 block of Folsom Boulevard shows a suspect being restrained by a male officer’s legs, while a female officer strikes him 10 times with a baton.

, a man in his early 40s entered the Metro PCS store and made unintelligible statements to a female employee. She called 911 fearing for her safety.

The man left the store, but went back in when officers arrived and attempted to barricade himself inside by trying to secure the front door.
Officers say they forced the door open and when they tried to contact the man.

That’s where police say the violent struggle began. Officers then called for backup when one of the officers was physically overpowered.

According to the police press release, pepper spray and multiple baton strikes were used to free an officer that was in the suspect’s grasp. In addition, the release notes bystanders kicking the suspect, a security guard also using a baton on the suspect.

The suspect was eventually restrained and brought into custody after backup officers and a nearby off-duty Sacramento County District Attorney investigator arrived. After the subject was in custody, officers noted he wasn’t breathing.

The suspect was taken to a nearby hospital, where he later died. A police officer and the investigator were also taken to the hospital for medical treatment.
Sacramento Police disclosed the death via Twitter.

The official cause of death is unknown and will be determined by the coroner.
An investigation is underway involving the department’s homicide, internal affairs and crime scene investigation units, as well as the city’s office of public safety and accountability and the district attorney’s office.

A southeast Texas town with a history of racial unrest on Monday fired two white police officers recently captured on video slamming a black woman’s head into a countertop and wrestling her to the ground.

“The amount of force used was abominable,” the woman's attorney, Cade Bernsen, told Yahoo News.
The incident was captured by security cameras at the Jasper, Texas, police headquarters.
Keyarika "Shea" Diggles, 25, was brought to the jail on May 5 for an unpaid fine, according to Bernsen. He said she was was on the phone with her mother trying to arrange to get the $100 owed when Officer Ricky Grissom cut off the call.

There’s no audio on the video, but Diggles and Grissom were apparently arguing when Officer Ryan Cunningham comes in behind Diggles and attempts to handcuff her. When she appears to raise her hand, Cunningham grabs Diggles by the hair and slams her head into a countertop. The officers wrestle Diggles to the ground before dragging her by her ankles into a jail cell.
“She got her hair pulled out, broke a tooth, braces got knocked off … it was brutal,” Bernsen said.

Diggles was charged with resisting arrest for arguing with the officers, a charge dropped on Monday, according to Bernsen.
Cunningham, reached by phone Monday afternoon, hung up on a Yahoo News reporter. A message left for Grissom was not immediately returned.
The officers’ firing comes 15 years to the week after an infamous hate crime in Jasper, a town of about 8,000 people two hours northeast of Houston. James Byrd Jr., a black man, was tied to the back of a pickup by three white men and dragged for several miles until he was decapitated. The high-profile case triggered marches by the New Black Panthers and Ku Klux Klan.

Last year, a majority-white Jasper City Council fired the town's first black chief after 16 months on the job. Rodney Pearson is now suing, claiming his civil rights were violated.
“It’s a different part of the world, man, it’s crazy,” said Bernsen, who's also representing the fired police chief.
Jasper's interim city manager confirmed the terminations, but referred questions about the Diggles case to the interim police chief, who was unreachable Monday afternoon.
“The more things change, the more they remain the same,” Jasper City Council Member Alton Scott said of the city's racial troubles.

Scott obtained the video in the Diggles’ incident and turned it over to a local TV station after he heard that her written complaint against the officers was apparently being ignored.
“There’s nothing she said that could have justified what they did,” Scott said. “They are supposed to be trained professionals. They are supposed to be above that. It was inexcusable.”
After terminating the officers on Monday, the council requested that the pair be investigated for possible criminal charges. Bernsen said he hopes that probe is done by the FBI or state police.
“I don’t trust the Police Department as far as you can throw them,” he said.
