i come back home after work, go in backyard to video for landlord and tenant court cuz this bitch is wack; she cut of my hot water, heat, then AC, tried to change my locks + the rest of the shit she did to me

so her son sees me come home after i confronted her in the backyard
he takes the law into his own hands, I had to defend my life from him, then his mummy jumped me, knocked me to the ground, they run away upstairs, then pushed me down their landing cuz i was demanding my bb, he threw it on the rocks and it broke, I call 911

guess who got arrested....assault with a weapon, threatening bodily harm and mischief for accusing my landlady of stealing my keys (she did-got video of that too)

but as the landlady told police "im a prostitute, i dont pay rent (bs i paid it into LLT but she didnt tell the cops that, I obviously have receipts) and she saw me fucking 2 black guys in my bedroom"

cops know what i do, funny they only mention ho ho, nothing about a certified webdesigner, painter, artist, mother, lol

The crowd was upset watching the officers even after they had the guy down with 4 on 1, one officer kept hitting him with his baton. I believe the excessive abuse by some officers people are constantly hearing and seeing is starting to upset the masses.

It's like you have always said T, some sort of civil war is brewing and has already started in many countries.

One thing: many soccer fans are really nothing more than goons itching for a fight....how many have been killed at a game? how many have been killed at a hockey game?

Like the rodney king video...people saw only what they wanted to see....they didn't know king was high on angel dust, didn't know he'd pulled a gun, didn't know he'd fought with the police before the video was taken.......so what did they do when the evidence exonerated the cops? burned down THEIR neighbourhood....

Funny, when someone gets hurt resisting the police, they blame the police....when a policeman gets swarmed by a mob, they cheer.....yet not one person will think of this when they are getting beat and a cop intervenes.......

The thing about the social upheavel that's coming....the police will be called in to maintain order....except the police work for us, not the politicians....so if 51% of the population says we are going to change things, they should abide by our wishes and stand aside.....

the problem will be there will be those who are revolting to create change, and then, like during the g20, some who are just there to cause shit.......that's the problem with any revolution......

If the police wanna fuck you up, they will do what they can get away with. The crown has seen the video and they still got me going back and forth to court for nearly 2 years later. My next appearance I will present the other 100 + videos I have of the landlord and police, which thankfully survived the bb throw by the so called victim. What does that say about our justice system.

BTW when I was arrested I did not resist. Yet still I was physically harmed by the police.

In this next video the cops came banging on my window with their batons, i just woke up, was busy with #2 when they came to my window and ordered me to come outside. Im like hell no i aint dressed and im busy on the can...so the 1 in yellow vest calls me a "fucking whore" i go for my bb and tape the rest.

Please note how they say they will be in landlord and tenant court to evict me<<< cops were OWNED BY MY LANDLORD

note: i tell them my landlord shut of my hot water for the past 7 months and they laugh and say "thats good"

besides that they clearly have no knowledge of the landlord and tenant act: no one is allowed to change a tenants lock except the Sheriff who has an order from the LTT.

they know nothing about law concerning B & E

yeah i think so too, they came on their bikes + the way they told me to come outside; like they wanted to arrest me...either way some cop friend told her exactly how to evict me: conditions of my bail were to stay away from my home.

im already in the drivers seat...she lied to landlord and tenant court several times, thats on record. Imma squash this B*&^%$

yes it was til the B&^%$# and her son moved in in mid May (cough cough)
then they build gates and decks (fire hazards) and shit without permits, so i reported them to the city/she was ordered to stop...uhm she was pissed

when the cops came she told them i was in the yard unlawfully, good excuse for attacking me eh!

cops asked to see my lease but on it i could not find the word backyard scanning quickly, so they said you'r not allowed to be in backyard.

as i am preparing for court in my lease it says: tenant is responsible for keeping the grass mowed, flower beds clean...etc etc lmao

Were you're paying your rent every month? Most Landlord when paid and if you're not destroying the property will usually leave you alone. In other words if someone were talking too her what would be her version? She might be a nut case but if not there is always 2 sides to every story.

I moved in, took my friend who helped me move out to dinner. We are sitting in the restaurant eating dinner when the landlady calls me and says : "came to deliver some curtains, Im in your apt. and I see 2 cigarette butts in the ashtray...if you smoke in the apt. there is gonna be trouble"

I told her not to enter my premises again without a 24 written notice and that I don't appreciate her invasion of my privacy the very day i move in.

I had no clue what I was in for at that time.

She kept coming by and through my little window on my main door, she peep in notice me smoking...raise her fist and scream from outside ;"no smoking inside no smoking...i told you no smoking in the apt."

She kept coming around every day or second day 'wanting to come inside my place' but i did not want that. By that time she actually gave me permission to hold my daughters 18th bday bbq bash in the backyard, she said:'oh its a beautiful big backyard, here you can use this bbq somebody left it, its yours, you can keep the fouton too, just make sure it doesnt go past midnight, and you clean up the yard'

So everything is all good my kid FB's her party announcement from BC where she spent the summer with her father.
Party is on, Im prepping everything in TO. We are expecting at least 50 ppl to pass through maybe more. Her former high school was just around the corner, so she has alot of friends in the area.

A couple days before the party; Im inside my apt. Im burning a spliff, my curtains are all drawn...Im working on a website, I hear water leaking in the kitchen behind me. I get up get bucket put under the drop. Get a wrap to cover myself, run up the stairs to my neighbour....where i see my landlady standing on the landing to his apt. I tell her water leak, she runs downstairs...I say no no no...its coming from upstairs. She knocks on his door and tells him to shut off the water. Meantime I go back in, put out my spliff, lock door.

Landlady knocks and asks if she can come in ...since it's an EMERGENCY i let her in. She hardly notices the sealing drip but suddenly turns her attention to my uhmmm Jamaican art on the walls and the pics of my daughter. She asks what does this mean "Jamaica out of many one people" from a round wooden carving on my wall. I explain, my daughter is Jamaican, I love Jamaica, we lived there b4, etc.

15 minutes after she leaves, she calls me and tells me that I cant keep the party in the backyard.

I spent a month in Jamaica, meantime she took me to LTT, claiming i didnt pay her. I come back end of Jan. I find no mail from LTT or her UPS, I know nothing about a hearing feb1. She goes to landlord and tenant court and BS's her way, presents a certificate of service stating she delivered notices to the tenant via UPS, has claim that I personally received it on Jan 11, Im not in court she, gets eviction on me.

Feb 4 I get letter form LLT stating what happen in court. Im like WTF. Go reopen the case based on that i was not reasonably able to participate at the hearing. Copy passport arrival in Jamaica Dec 25 and return ticket Jan 23.

The eviction gets Stayed, we get new court date in March. She comes to court and says that she saw me, that I m lying that she gave me papers. The adjudicator obviously believes me. Brought my passport for her inspection lol. Meantime this bitch swears i was not in Jamaica she saw me lmao.

so LTT tells me to start recording any form of harassment, cuz this is the 2nd time she trys to evict me. First time she took me to court for smoking in the apt, draining out all the hot water, noise complaints 2 months after i moved in (when she found out my bf is Jamaican) and her shit got thrown out of court faster than a lightening bolt.
