A City of Toronto standards officer charged with sexual assault and corruption appears in court May 13. Toronto Police sex crimes detectives released the man's photo because they fear there may be more victims who haven't come forward.
The charges filed April 21 stem from the sexual assault of a masseuse at a Guildwood area massage parlour.

Edward Hayes, 48, of Ajax, is charged with municipal corruption and two counts each of sexual assault and breach of trust by a public officer.
Among the responsibilities the department he is assigned to included the issuing of business licences and inspections of businesses.
