SUch absurd thing to do, i.e, attempting to cure gay people. If you are gay, you are DEFINITELY gay. Nothing more, nothing less.

If California has a cure for gay teens, then why hasn't the rest of world discovered the cure for HIV-AIDS, Cancer and Heart Disease?

Why ban a possible cure if it's voluntary? If a teenager accepts the treatment why make it against the law? Perhaps the law should state that no teenager is forced to accept treatment instead of an all out banning.
