Call For Ideas: How To Boobytrap A Bike

I've had my second bike seat ripped off when I left my trusty steed chained up outside for a week; which is evidently as good as a "fuck you!" to local youth. They used bolt cutters on my cable seat lock.

I leave it chained right outside my window. I need some way to get with these bastards. Security cam? Some kind of alarm? Something that releases a cloud of toxic gas when the seat is pulled out of the housing?

Why should they get away with this???

Brainstorm some ideas for me.​
