Maurice, believe it or not I do find you to be more of a gentleman than most here and you do deserve an answer. Firstly Ida and myself are flesh and blood just like yourself. We are real people with a desire to help others. I have told Bob's date that he is a very nice man that has never been in a relationship and desires to shower a woman with his affections. He is right now facing two paths, one of sin and the other hopefully in finding his soul mate. I explained to her that I would like to help steer him down the right path with her help and she agreed. It's as simple as that, nothing more nor less. They may or may not hit it off but that is beyond my control. I told her both my wife and I will be present at all times and are willing to take her home at her request if she feels she's not comfortable with the situation upon meeting Bob. He to is aware of this and has expressed his desire to go through with the blind date.
