Hi Everyone,

I`m pretty new on this site and I would have a few questions, I hope you guys can help me out. I would like to work in Canada as an escort girl but I have heard about the law changing and I`m not sure how should I advertise or discuss any details about price and services Ect. as the new law says I can not say any prices or discuss any services
I also would like to ask which are the best places for working.
I mean should I rent a Hotel room or an apartment is better?
Which websites are the best for advertising?

Look at other Indies' advertisements. They are not worried about the laws and neither should you. Police will leave you alone as long as you are over 19 and don't do or sell drugs in your premises.



Anywhere in the GTA you will do fine. Not sure about the suburban areas.

Renting a hotel will take too much of your bottom line but at the same time finding a decent apartment is steep in TO. Plus you don't want your neighbours to complain about the traffic that goes into your location. I am sure other indies can give you better advice.

Maybe try working with an agency to get your feet wet in this biz in this city before striking out on your own. This way, you get a feel for the clientele in different parts of the city so that should help you decide later on where you want to settle down in. Sure they take a cut, but then you won't have to worry about stuff like advertising, screening, etc. Call around and talk to the operators a bit before you make up your mind. Personally, I've tried Hush Companions and Sassy-Angels, both whom I found here, and I found their level of service and professionalism to be top notch. I've communicated with SexyFriendsToronto a lot and I've been impressed with them as well. Plus, one of their incalls is close to me, so maybe I'll be the first to review you here! :biggrin2:

Thank you so much but I think the idea of an Agency is not really for me. I have not worked for an Agency for a long long time and I dont think that I can get used to it again. I have been always working as an indie since I`m 21 and I dont think that I going to change this in the near future.

Angelica Since I don't know you I will only say so much, my advice, set up a personal website, google escorts in the city you're planning on living to get a feel for the different style of sites and their sites hosts. Check out mine cristycurves.com, I've been using that host(escort design) for 5yrs now and I am very happy with their performance. It's an easy platform to build a site from and it also allows you to tweek it at any time for a minimal yearly cost. Most important though, is....decide the type of client you wish to attract and when designing your site and or ads, design with them in mind and most importantly be you, decide how much of you and your personality you want to have shine through and be true to that. Pictures are important, selfies and professional pics all have their place, use both or one or the other . If you're going to stick to being an Indie, I would try to stick close to the subway line. There are lots of potential business in the financial district, but lots of competition too. I think being uptown on the subway line has merit as you can be out of the high traffic areas, but still easily accessible by most clients. And while I hate taking the subway, I gotta admit that there isn't anything more discreet.

Vancouver is the most escort-friendly city in Canada. The Vancouver Police Department has publicly stated that they aren't interested in arresting sex workers or their clients. All they care about is if women are trafficked or underage.
