Counting calories: Why some Ontario restaurants are changing

Pit bulls don't care about calories:biggrin2: The amount of calories isn't as important as what type of calories, but Canada man, what does the internet tell you:).......lol.

Honestly, this new calorie thing has made me change some of my eating choices. I was at Burger King late one night on a Wednesday {whooper Wednesday} and I was thinking of a drink. Normally I would not bother, just take home the sandwich, no fries and no drink. Then I saw the oreo chocolate shake. I was like HMMMMMM Chocolate.........

Then I saw the calories and almost died on the spot. It was like 680 calories or something. I was thinking only to "treat" myself but after that, I didn't bother. Took my sandwich and went home still cursing myself for even getting the whooper.

You only live once. Go for it next time. I had 3 egg and sausage McMuffin today.

Don't feel guilt at all but my stomach feels like it's about to explode.

If you think this will help the obese and overweight people?.

Think again. Their minds are already brainwashed to no fault of their own.

You got it. It's the macro nutrients ratio that matters the most.

You only die once too.

I saw it in Tim Horton's and Subway two days ago. I think this is a good step for people to be accountable to their bodies on what they eat.
