Made with Love

Did either of your parents sat down with you to explain about sex?.

I didn't get "the talk" either. Like many of the other posters I learned from school, friends and porn.

The only thing my mother ever said to me regarding the topic was "don't wait till your married to have sex". At least the one piece of advice she did give me was pretty good and logical.

That is exactly the opposite of what my mom said, "PLEASE promise me you won't ahve sex until you are married" Then AFTER Sentry and I married, we came to visit my parents and my mom told me, " Your dad and I have thought about it and we think it will be ok if you sleep in the same bed!!!" :)

I love my mom to death but she is a tad old fashioned!!

My Dad flipped me a book when I was 11. It was pretty lame, not quite as bad as the Berenstein Bears Learn About Sex but not far off.

Fir all of you that don't understand women.

I was rather partial to the version in The Girl Next Door...

With the added bonus of Elisha Cuthbert looking oh so fine! :great:

Just as a follow-up to my previous post, I'm rather displeased with the real-life "Sue the Sex Lady." For someone who's supposedly open-minded about sex, she doesn't like to go beyond the realm of heterosexuality whatsoever. I'm probably a bit biased about this subject, but in my opinion, a sex therapist should be open to discussing all types of sex and sexuality... not just the most common type.

It's such a letdown when you finally meet someone who had such a major impact on your youth, and they turn out to be a huge disappointment. :frown:

Dad explained it all to me in great detail when we were naked in bed together one Friday night......
