Unfortunately being qualified doesn't matter anymore. It is not as bad as it first begun but dammit enough with the political correct hiring and hire the best person not the best of the minorities.

I don't know about other countries....but here in the US, I don't think "minorities" would be satisfied if every position was filled with a "minority" hire. There would still be people trying to play the race card in some for or another. It would probably just break down into a war between the minorities. The latinos would want special treatment because California was stolen, blacks would want payback for slavery, asians would be pissed about the small penis thing, etc. etc. etc.
