I meant to work out, but on the way to the gym I was hijacked by an ice cream truck, then what's-his-face, who likes to tell me that he bought a gun, drove it into a mental institution. I have whiplash, but found God, as reincarnated in several schizophrenics. Some people have less productive Sundaes.

I do my exercise routine every morning without fail: bicep curl a large coffee with lots of sugar in one hand, and to ensure I don't overdevelop one arm, bicep curls of a donut or two in the other. I can now clean and scarf a dozen donuts without a break. Heading to two dozen. Training is hard work, but the payoff is a figure women die of, I mean for.
