Ironically 876 is the area code for Jamaica ... my fav place on earth....but that's also the number (876) days that I was wrongfully prosecuted. Is $876,000 appropriate or more like $8million760thousand in regards to seeking compensation for damages? Prosecution and their perjured witnesses were aware of my occupation. When I was skinny (lol) I had the potential to easily earn $1000 per day (at least there were of course days that I made less and other days I earned more), since the time of my arrest and prosecution I've lost all that, plus I had a massive heart-attack x 5, was made homeless based on the witnesses statements, regained the weight (nobody likes a fat ass escort lol) suffered enough to make me go crazy. What's my liberty worth? + 4 days in jail?

it is worth as much as you put into it.

If you life each day free to love and free to worship you have gained freedom others.

If you are also free to walk where you wish and talk with who you please you have also gained the freedom of choice.

If you sit and wonder what if you have surrendered these freedoms.

WTF are you talking about ...English pls

I am sorry but I don't understand what you are saying either. The numbers you are giving out and then discussing your potential earnings is confusing me.

really ...ok let me spell it out for you....for 876 days I was wrongly prosecuted - prior to that my income and potential income (say if I decided that I would work during all those days) around a $1000 per day ....when I lost my liberty (out on bail with restrictions) I could not work and make that money. Additionally I suffered (emotionally, mentally, physically, financially) during that time because I was not technically free ...free as a Canadian Citizen to earn a living, or cope with the stress that comes along with being prosecuted while innocent.

What I am trying to gage is : should I sue for what my potential earning capacity was ...which was averaged at $1000 per day ...or/and add another $9,000 per day for the suffering. Now I understand we are not in the states and Canada has a real problem with compensating persons wrongfully prosecuted financially but what is the real value of a person who lost their liberity for all that time?

What does your lawyer say?.

Now here is where I save your Damn Ass Woman....
If you go and say you made $1000 a day and they check your tax returns....Well
I am sure you will guess what will happen.....
They will charge you with Tax Evasion.....

You better think about what you are stating.....
Just my 2 cents....

See that's the thing ppl automatically think/believe that because I have such a high income and that I m a ho, that I don;t claim my taxes ...well STFU...i M probably one of the very few escorts who claimed their true income (insurance purposes) and there was no tax evasion. So give me your answer if everything is on the up and up!

If you have been an honest citizen reporting your income then you should be entitled to lost wages plus emotional damages I would think.

The question becomes how to you quantify emotional distress monetarily?

I would say having a heart attack would move the needle upwards quite a bit in your favour.

Personally I would shoot for the moon. This might be your big chance to cash in.

Look Love...A lot of people who work do not claim everything they make, if they can do it some how or the other.....I do not care if you are an escort, all I am getting at is they checker everything...I am glad that you claim your taxes, it will make it easier for you....but if I am right even, some of the States, there is only so much you are entitled too......

Night.....

uhmmmm on my income tax I claim everyting down to the dolla, condoms, lingerie, toys, incall hotel expenses, outcall driver, you name it I got it covered...point is should I just go to recover the damages or should I go for extenuating damages?

IMMA SHOOT FOR THE MOON
