Made with Love

How much is a Canadian Citizens LIBERTY worth?

BTW I've lost 876 nights.. to this point where I can't sleep ...I am now completely reliant to sleeping pills...otherwise I keep thinking all the wrongs the government (the Queen of Canada) has done to me, I toss and turn all night...I need to take drugs or alcohol to get me to the rest point. Mentally I admit Im fucked up, my family, my love life has suffered immensely.

Hey bitch. Don't forget where you came from. You really don't expect me, moi, us, to believe a word you are saying.

So go crack down on the pipe and GFYS.

Should I aid it in kinder words.

Go Fuck yourself. And for those that have been playing puppets to her= Shame on one you for believing her crap.

who the fuck are you calling a bitch ? you must be referring to yo momma

As a condition of the bail you were required to remain in Canada?

no I was not required to remain in Canada but I was to be here whenever the trial dates required me to be here, which was throughout the winter...and as most of you know I m not usually here during the winter months I spend in the Caribbean...and while I was not required to be in Canada, when I traveled to the states I got excluded from entry because of the charges

At least my momma was an honest bitch.

Anyway the Argos are kicking ass so there is no point wasting my time with a has been SP. BTW you are lucky I am not mentioning names but dare me after a few drinks.

Nah don't bother, you are too easy to be picked on.

I'm warming up to you Art,lol......No homo.

Hey, I've been warming up to you for quite a while, Bosco. Thanks for all the health tips. Wish I could say I'm as fit as fit as you.

Oh, no homo here, either. :biggrin2: I've got a thing for your sig pic, not your avatar.

(Sorry, Lisa, back to your regularly scheduled programming.)

I m not alluding to anything - some of the legal restrictions were precluding me from traveling to the states and other places to earn a living, some precluded me from earning a living in Canada...such as not posting anything with my working name (ha so now you know why I don't want to be identified by my working name) I was not allowed to post ANYTHING ...what do you want from me? my bones ? my fat? my mind?

Im not allowed to carry anyting that might be construded as a weapon...not even hair spray ..to protect myself incase of any unsavoury characters, I was proculded from calling police even if I was assualted, raped or nearly killed I was not allowed that privallege because the police flagged me as an unsavoury character during my charges.

Let me start off by saying that guys, don't you know by now that if you say anything that isn't obviously playing into her initial post then she'll attack, berate and chastise you? don't acted so suprised lol

You'll have to clarify a few things before you can get a reasonable response to your initial question. What were you charged with? What was the verdict? How did they prevent you from earning a living?

1) It would be illegal for you to go outside the country to earn a living. Specially in the US. If you admit in open court that you actually earned income in the US without a work visa, the next time you try to go over, you'll be arrested (they'll flag your name on the computers). Also, you will have to claim those earnings on your income tax forms. Now you "say" you claimed every cent, but sorry, I highly doubt that.
2) Just because you were charged, I don't believe you were not "prosecuted". You're only prosecuted while in court.
3) this income that you say you lost due to this prosecution. How could they prevent you from earning a living, other than if that living was illegal? No government agency of any sort can prevent someone from earning a living legally.

Now if you were charged with a criminal offence, and found "not guilty" you'd have to show directly how the authorities prevented you from earning a living. Simply saying "you were too stressed out to work" won't fly. That pertains to your "character" and ability to work even though something was going on in your life. In reality the only times you were not able to work due to the charges was the days you spent in jail, and probably the days you spent in court. You might be able to show that you lost earnings during days while preparing for your defence and you might be able to recover the cost of that defence.

If everyone who was charged with a criminal offence and found "not guilty" was able to sue for lost wages, then the government would be broke. I will be blunt and say that the courts are very stingy when it comes to compensation. There are stories (and first hand experience) about the criminal injuries compensation board (just as an example) of people who lost everything and were awarded nothing. I lost 6 months wages and they awarded me $675......

You can sue for whatever you want, as long as you can prove it but that in no way reflects what you might be awarded.....

I'll say this: you'll probably end up with $15,000.00 if anything.

80 million? lol really.....as someone said: lay off the spoon...you're not donald trump, warren buffet or conrad black ffs.....

Buddy don't buy what she is selling. A reminder to all, she will sell her Mother if it gives her a profit.

Don't open it. That stuff will kill you. Get the unbuttered kind with no chemicals added.:biggrin2:

Were you wrongfully convicted?
I never see people getting money for being detained or charged, no matter how difficult it made their life.

I'll give you a hug if it helps. :fixer:

I asked if she was wrongfully convicted, I didn't say a hug would be enough if that was the case.

I was writing about what was stated by you....the part where you say you do not see why people should get money for being detained or charge......

Maybe I miss understood what you wrote in those words....maybe you can state it a little clear....
I am very sorry for misunderstanding it......

As long as she remembers her fellow members on the board who have spent time trying to decipher her ramblings over the years, lol.

That goes for a few women on here now that I think about it. Bosco ducks as he heads out the back door.
