I m not alluding to anything - some of the legal restrictions were precluding me from traveling to the states and other places to earn a living, some precluded me from earning a living in Canada...such as not posting anything with my working name (ha so now you know why I don't want to be identified by my working name) I was not allowed to post ANYTHING ...what do you want from me? my bones ? my fat? my mind?
Im not allowed to carry anyting that might be construded as a weapon...not even hair spray ..to protect myself incase of any unsavoury characters, I was proculded from calling police even if I was assualted, raped or nearly killed I was not allowed that privallege because the police flagged me as an unsavoury character during my charges.
Let me start off by saying that guys, don't you know by now that if you say anything that isn't obviously playing into her initial post then she'll attack, berate and chastise you? don't acted so suprised lol
You'll have to clarify a few things before you can get a reasonable response to your initial question. What were you charged with? What was the verdict? How did they prevent you from earning a living?
1) It would be illegal for you to go outside the country to earn a living. Specially in the US. If you admit in open court that you actually earned income in the US without a work visa, the next time you try to go over, you'll be arrested (they'll flag your name on the computers). Also, you will have to claim those earnings on your income tax forms. Now you "say" you claimed every cent, but sorry, I highly doubt that.
2) Just because you were charged, I don't believe you were not "prosecuted". You're only prosecuted while in court.
3) this income that you say you lost due to this prosecution. How could they prevent you from earning a living, other than if that living was illegal? No government agency of any sort can prevent someone from earning a living legally.
Now if you were charged with a criminal offence, and found "not guilty" you'd have to show directly how the authorities prevented you from earning a living. Simply saying "you were too stressed out to work" won't fly. That pertains to your "character" and ability to work even though something was going on in your life. In reality the only times you were not able to work due to the charges was the days you spent in jail, and probably the days you spent in court. You might be able to show that you lost earnings during days while preparing for your defence and you might be able to recover the cost of that defence.
If everyone who was charged with a criminal offence and found "not guilty" was able to sue for lost wages, then the government would be broke. I will be blunt and say that the courts are very stingy when it comes to compensation. There are stories (and first hand experience) about the criminal injuries compensation board (just as an example) of people who lost everything and were awarded nothing. I lost 6 months wages and they awarded me $675......
You can sue for whatever you want, as long as you can prove it but that in no way reflects what you might be awarded.....
I'll say this: you'll probably end up with $15,000.00 if anything.
80 million? lol really.....as someone said: lay off the spoon...you're not donald trump, warren buffet or conrad black ffs.....
