As with anything its usually a mistake to draw too sweeping a conclusion from random acts of stupidity. First of all no one can out-stupid Rob Ford or the provincial Liberals. I would, however, be awfully embarrassed if I was a member of the South Dakota legislature because yes, it appears that they are truly intellectually challenged.

Well said, I agree with you completely including the stupidity of the Liberals. The South Dakota legislature and please correct me if I'm wrong is mainly ruled by the Republicans with a heavy Christian slant to their political views. It's becoming more and more apparent that a prerequisite to holding office is having earned a diploma in stupidity.
