Personally I'm not a big fan of blow jobs.
I cum way to fast so I don't really enjoy the experience that much.
I also have often found the lady doesn't get the rhyme right, and stops too soon (as soon as I start to cum), so the orgasm is typically rather mediocre compared to my usual finish.
Typically the lady will give a great job with her tongue initially, then switch to a hand job for the finish, but the hand jobs would be too fast.

I try not to think. I try to focus on his reactions so I know what's working. I don't like distracting noise in the background...music is great, but no football or news or anything else that might actually grab my attention.
