a couple of misnomers there bliss:

locals don't steal around here. Hell, I can't even remember the last time I locked my truck.

I don't have to shovel my roof, it's a 12/12 pitch and steel. I just have to watch that I don't stand under it with any accumulation because, well, 1800 cubic feet of snow moving at 3 kph will seriously do some damage to your noodle.....

Well: it's below the frost line so it wont' freeze but I'll check on that. When I purchased the place I was told it was freeze proof but I'll check on it just the same.

Anyhow, where my house is located it will be postcard perfect with the white stuff. I'll post pictures when we get our first heavy fall (which should be next week lol)

T post some pics right now, I'm envious.

Can't wait to get out of the city.
