Sure glad you guys are using CPAC, as it's better than CPR and maybe not waking up. I had a friend who resisted using it and ended up dying, so nothing to fool around with. It's not convenient or the way you'd like to sleep, but at least you get to wake up in the morning, and feeling a lot better because you had a good nights sleep without a lack of oxygen. Well, I've come to a compromise solution on my beard, I'm now keeping a chin goatee only, but shaving off the moustache part of it. I only need the hair away from the nose, so that's the only part that needs to stay off.

As for the sleep apnea and weight, it was a very hair-trigger reaction, like for example, I'd start having insomnia if my weight fluctuated to 190-lbs or above, but I'd be fine if my weight was below 188-lbs or something like that! But looking back, I think this sleep apnea has been around since my 20's, as I've been told I snore quite loudly since then.
