I feel bad for Jian Gomeshi, for he was falsely accused of rape and almost sent to jail for a long, long time.

But, after reading this National Post article, I think he is partly to blame for his predicament.

He was a 'woman's rights' supporter, 'feminist' and declared that, as President of the York Federation of Students, he would block any funding to student groups he deemed guilty of 'sexism, racism, homophobia and other exclusionary measures'.

Well Jian: Live by the sword, die by the sword.

As many guys do on the boards and twitter, they will say what they believe the opposite sex wants to hear. It's a facade , an act , a charade all in the hopes of getting a little action in the sheets.

Like Ramon said. He had better lawyers than they did. Even if there is a 5% probability he did something wrong then there is cause for concern. Why would he had to go through all the ordeals when "All" the women lied". You have to say he is guilty of some sort of crime. Small or not.

Women don't have honour the way Men do.

If someone raped me, I wouldn't send emails to that person asking them for another date.

Well you did say an unqualified more than 10% so giving you the benefit of the doubt that would translate to 4 in 5 are not falsely accused.

So my original post of that is why we have trials stands.
