I've been seeing prostitutes about once a month since about 1989 or 1990. And in all those years the prostitutes either don't do anal sex or if they do they always insist on the guy wearing a condom. But one morning about 3 months ago I picked up a new girl (street prostitute), and I was just going to get a blowjob from her like I usually do with prostitutes. Anyway, she said she would allow me to perform vaginal or anal sex on her ($50 with condom or $100 with no condom). I never had a prostitute offer to have anal sex without a condom, so stupid me I jumped at the chance and I paid her the $100 to perform anal sex on her without a condom. I was thinking that this was such a rare thing to actually have anal sex with a prostitute with no condom that I couldn't pass up this rare opportunity for condom-free anal.

So I performed anal sex on her with no condom and I was so excited I climaxed inside her anus with no condom. I told her I was sorry that I climaxed inside her, and she acted like she didn't know why I was apologising for climaxing insider her. She said something like " don't worry about it you paid for it or that's ok you paid for no condom". This gave me the impression that she allows all her customers to climax inside her anus if they pay for the "no-condom anal sex". It was like she just assumed that if the customer paid for "no-condom" anal sex that the customer that the price included the customer climaxing inside her anus as part of the deal.

Then after she got out of the car I was looking at the kleenex/tissue that she wiped herself with after we finished and it had bright red blood streak on it.. I don't know if it was from her period or anal area was bleeding. I can't believe in this day and age that a street prostitute would still allow guys to do anal sex on them and climax inside her. I seen her working the street just about everyday since then and I don't pick her up cause now I'm sure she must be hiv positive. I mean there's no way she could be allowing guys to climax inside her with no condom and not have already been infected with hiv. Or maybe she knows she is already infected so she doesn't care if guys use condoms or not. What are the chances of me getting hiv from this encounter? I mean if she was having anal sex with several guys a day, There is no way that she could not have bleeding from allowing men to penetrate her anally over and over.

Bleeding during or after anal sex is not unusual. The anal tissues are actually quite thin and sensitive, and can tear and cause internal bleeding quite easily. I find it difficult to believe penile penetration would normally do this, unless they were very rough in the process, but it does happen.

Just because there's blood in the discharge (which is a mix of semen, blood, and whatever lube they used since there's no natural anal lubrication at all) doesn't mean HIV will be transmitted either. The woman may have been HIV positive (we don't know) but the transmission rates from anal sex are actually quite low. It's not easy for the virus to penetrate the male body unless he swallows the discharge, has a cut someone that touches the fluid, or it enters through his urethra (pretty rare).

Now, the bigger issue of having unprotected anal sex with a street prostitute who obviously does this a lot shows this particular individual is what we doctors call "a moron". Guess that's why he's on the other board and not this one!
