Normally it's just a quiet weekend involving food, alcohol and a stripclub or 2. :happy:
But this weekend I've got to be good because I'm helping someone move. :frown:

I was going to say I was fucking the dog this weekend but too many literal people around here so I thought I would go with this :shock:.

Cutting my neighbour's grass, and by that, I mean, actually cutting his grass.


He's had some recent health issues, so, I'm trying to be a good neighbour.

No such fortunate plans for me. Worked Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Though I do have Monday off...But throw that Mom's in the hospital (cellulitus), I'm not going any where.

So my days boil down to...Get up, prep for the day, work, come home, work out or do grass, have dinner, sit with Mom, come home, do work around the house, go to bed....So yeah, I'm tired, bored and a wee bit depressed.

Also nailed one of her hanging poles, and bent the blade on my mower....

Such a relaxing weekend in the woods! No emails, phone calls, or texts to worry about... I didn't even check the clock for three straight days!

I know I'm a city girl at heart, and I'd never want to live anywhere else... but sometimes, it's really nice to unplug for a while, and enjoy the beauty that nature has to offer.

That is why I love riding the trails and spending time of the river so much... makes you appreciate your surroundings much more, not to mention the stress relieving aspect! :great: :great: :great:
