Like that will stop the punk from driving? He had a suspended licence when he got into the accident......You have to wonder what the details of the accident were to garner such a strong sentence. But I disagree, that isn't the harshest sentence he could have handed out. He could have sentenced him to 5 yrs at hard labour......
