Tony's Pizza on Dundas St. East in London used to make fantastic deep fried pizza called panzerotti. I still dream about it 30 years later.

Give me a cast iron deep dish pie pan and I will knock your socks off with a thin crust deep dish.

Will do it in a traditional deep dish style, where the sauce is on top
