Ever been to the Texas Roadhouse??

Dollar for Dollar I think it to be a better value compared to Hyde Park or Ruth Chris

Now don't get me wrong there is a difference between PRIME and CHOICE but for the dollar it is a great go to

Ribeye is my favorite

It has a great fat to meat ratio and shows a tender mix of flavor and juice.

Rare to mid-rare for me is the only choice. Unless it is prime then BLUE is my choice
